Timothy C. Walker-Dupler (“TC”) is a Los Angeles-based attorney that handles personal injury cases all over California. TC is dedicated to his clients, keeps them updated and informed, and does everything he can to make sure that his clients get compensated fairly. TC’s hard work since becoming an attorney has helped his clients recover over $100,000,000 in verdicts and settlements.
TC’s success stems from his attention to detail, strategizing, and connecting with his clients to make sure he understands how his client’s injuries have affected their lives so that the damages are presented and compensated for.
Because of his hard work, TC was named on the Super Lawyers Rising Star list in his second year as an attorney. TC is also on the education committee of TBI Med Legal, a brain injury conference that connects lawyers and doctors so that they can better understand how to prove brain injuries and present their damages to defense attorneys, adjusters, and/or jurors so that injured Plaintiff’s or Claimant’s get the compensation they deserve. TC was awarded an Honorary Award for his effort in putting together the 2021 conference.
Prior to joining the Lalezary Law Firm, he served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Suzanne H. Segal in Federal Court, where he wrote orders and researched complicated civil evidentiary issues before the court.
TC is a member of the State Bar of California and is licensed to practice in California State Courts and Federal District Courts in the Central District of California. He received his law degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. While attending Loyola he served as a staff member and editor of the Loyola Los Angeles Entertainment Law Review, he volunteered with the Los Angeles School District where he taught trial advocacy and participated in Loyola’s Civil Litigation and Trial Advocacy Practicums where he focused on practical lawyering strategies
to be an effective litigator.
Prior to law school, TC worked for 5 years at Walker Advertising/Los Defensores, focusing on providing legal access to underserved Latinos in the U.S. via mass media. This experience inspired him to pursue law and protect people who would otherwise be taken advantage of. He also
spent a year teaching English in Madrid and studied for a year in Salamanca, Spain where he studied Business and Spanish.
TC is a proud member of many attorney associations throughout Los Angeles, California, and the U.S., where he works to better the lives of his clients at large. TC loves his work and is always focused on getting his clients the best result.
